The heart of the station is the production of commercials, programs, news and other necessary items for on air and Production Manager, Vanessa Phillip, is at the top of her game. She says she ‘loves her job, - is committed and dedicated to it and finds her work to be inspiring, spectacular and engaging.’  One of her favorite quotes is ‘nothing is a waste of time if you use the experience wisely.’

She comes to CHOICE with eight years of experience in production and also has superb on air capabilities, although she prefers production, having worked with and learned from Wrenford the radio business during those years.
