Hon. Carlisle is Junior Minister in the Ministry of Communications, Works and Public Utilities, Posts, Physical Planning, Natural Resources and Environment with special responsibility for Public Utilities, Public Works, Posts and Physical Planning.  Prior to this appointment with the newly elected Nevis Island Administration in 2006, he served many years as Manager of the Vance W. Amory Airport in Newcastle, Nevis.  He has served on the boards and committees of numerous community organizations with special leadership roles in cricket.
